HOMAGE TO FLORIDA!

 

Here is my latest print for 2026. I wanted to pay homage to the wonderful state I call home.

I was born here, raised here, raised a family, worked, lived, loved, laughed, and all of those cheesy sayings right here in Florida!

Sure the state is known for it's wild ( Florida Man ) stories and Theme Parks but it is so much more.

From The Florida Keys to Tallahassee, the state is full of life, diversity, heritage, history, and color! 

Growing up I used to see those old Florida Post Cards and loved the artwork, photgraphy, and layout, it was inspiring to see those vintage cards in gas stations and tourist shops all over Miami. Little messages to send to friends and family back home that say "hey wish you were here".

They were EVERYWHERE! Along with gator heads and backcratchers that I agree should not have been made but I understand how life was back then. Anything to make a dollar of the "exotic" Florida State.

Look however you look at it, this state, just like all the others in the Union is amazing! There is so much to explore from beaches, wild life, national parks, restaurants, ghost tours, tiki bars, trails, and yes even theme parks...

Either way I hope you visit my state or plan to from where ever you are reading this. You are welcome to explore, you are accepted, you are kin to everyone that calls Florida their home.
